Las historias siguen

"Las Historias Siguen" (The Stories Go On) is the album beginning to look forward again. Grief does not end, but life keeps moving, and the people we lost stay woven into the stories we go on living and telling.

Time passes and the days change, yet the stories shared by the ones we love keep living on inside us. I think of it like a tree: no matter how far we move, whether we stay near home or end up far away, the essence and the teachings of our roots stay constant. That is what we carry with us.

The heart of it is something I hold onto: those who sow affection do not truly leave. They remain in the memories that bloom again over time, year after year. The world keeps turning, but the stories we are left with stay a vital part of who we are.

So I wrote this as a gentle permission, to keep going, to laugh again, to build a future, without it meaning you have left someone behind. My mother is part of every chapter that comes next. The stories go on, and she goes on inside them.
